About the Banner Program
The City of Flat Rock Downtown Development Authority (DDA) worked with a professional designer as part of a larger marketing and branding project that included the new City logo. The result is a refreshed banner design that will be installed throughout Flat Rock, creating a consistent and welcoming look across the community.
Sponsoring a banner gives local businesses and organizations a visible way to support downtown and be recognized by residents and visitors.

How Much Does It Cost?

New Sponsor
Ideal for businesses or organizations joining the Flat Rock Street Banner Program for the first time. This option includes a new sponsorship tab and placement within an available banner location for the program year.
Existing Banner Renewal
For current sponsors who wish to continue their banner placement in the same location. Renewal allows you to maintain visibility year over year while keeping your existing sponsorship placement.
Multi-Year Sponsor
A cost-effective option for sponsors planning long-term participation. This option secures the same banner location for three years and simplifies annual renewals while supporting continued downtown investment.
Register for a Banner
Participation is simple: complete the registration form and select the specific banner(s) or general area where you’d like your business or organization to be seen. You can choose one banner or multiple placements depending on your goals.
The Flat Rock DDA Banner Program is a first right of refusal program. Once you choose a location, it remains yours until you decide you no longer want it (availability is first come, first served).
